How much do custom trophies and award shields cost in Saudi Arabia?
Per piece before 15% VAT: a simple acrylic shield SAR 80 to 200, standard crystal SAR 150 to 450, premium or LED-lit crystal SAR 450 to 1,200, custom wood and metal SAR 300 to 900, and a fully bespoke design from SAR 1,000 upwards. Within each band the quantity, engraving method and design changes move the price, and a physical sample is approved before the run so the number is fixed before production.
What is the minimum order for custom awards?
The minimum order is 50 pieces, for custom designs and ready-made shapes alike; Vista does not take smaller orders. The mould and setup cost is spread across the quantity, so the per-piece price drops as the run grows. Tell us the material, the quantity and the ceremony date, and you get a quote before you commit to anything.
How long does it take, and when should I order before the ceremony?
Production takes 7 to 10 days from the approved sample, in ready materials or a custom design, and the sample itself takes 2 to 4 days before that. So brief us at least two weeks before the ceremony; Vista cannot take an order needed in under 7 days. Every piece is boxed, labelled per recipient and delivered before the event across Riyadh, Jeddah and the Eastern Province.
What materials and engraving methods do you use?
Crystal, acrylic, wood, metal and leather presentation boxes, shaped and finished in Saudi Arabia, including edge-lit LED bases. Engraving is laser on crystal and metal, UV print for colour on acrylic and hard surfaces, and CNC cutting for wood, thick metal and logo-shaped sculptures like the Saudi-map trophy made for SCFHS. You see a physical sample before any production starts.
Can each award carry a different name, in Arabic and English?
Yes. Each honoree's name and title is engraved on their own piece, names and verses are proofed before the laser touches the material, and Arabic calligraphy and Latin type are set together on one award with correct balance. Every award is then packed in its presentation box labelled with the recipient's name, ready to hand over on stage in order.
Do you design the award or pick from a catalogue?
Every shield is designed from your brand and the occasion by Vista's designers rather than picked from catalogue moulds. You get design concepts and material options within days of the brief, approve the exact shape, engraving and box on a physical sample, then production runs on CNC cutting, polishing, UV print and laser engraving in Saudi workshops. Purchase orders from corporate and government buyers are accepted.
