Quotations and Approvals

• Quotations are subject to written approval, agreed specifications, quantities, artwork, timelines, and payment terms.
• Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving artwork, spelling, dimensions, quantities, and specifications before production.

Production and Delivery

• Production timelines may depend on approvals, materials, suppliers, logistics, and payment status.
• Colour variation, material variation, and reasonable production tolerances may occur depending on the product or service.
• Vista United may use third-party suppliers and production partners where needed to fulfil projects.

Payment

Orders may require advance payment or agreed payment milestones.

Refunds and Custom Products

Custom-made products may not be refundable once production has started, except where legally required or where Vista United confirms a production issue.

Intellectual Property

Clients must have rights to any artwork, logos, trademarks, images, or content they provide.

Liability

Liability is limited to the value of the affected order where legally permitted.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Saudi Arabia.
